Two Country Day Seniors raised eight thousand dollars for AidChild, a nonprofit organization that provides the education, housing and medical care for orphans living with AIDS in Uganda.

The fundraiser, titled "Visions For Humanity", was held at the Caribbean Museum Center for Arts and featured art created by students from Country Day, Good Hope, Central High, St Joseph and Educational Complex.

Another successful event was "Klothes 4 Kids", a fashion show showcasing local clothing shops and our lovely and talented students. The opening act was Gracie and the Good-Lookin' Guys, setting the stage with upbeat, guitar rock.

The National Honor Society gave the proceeds to the Queen Louise Home for Children, a non profit organization that houses orphans on our island.
