Bonjour!
Do you remember what "bonjour" means? I'm
sorry to say that I had a boring day today. I had to
stay in my hotel room all day. All that I can do is
show you my room! It's a very nice room, with an old
fashioned chair for

relaxing.
There doors with
big windows in them, which go outside to a balcony.
The
hotel is on the side of a steep hill, and there is a
beautiful lake below. At one end of the lake is the town
of Annecy. There's a big mountain across the lake (it's
part of the Alps). It's really a nice view! Here's a picture

view outside is the best part! There's not much else
to show you. Wait, there's one other
thing that's a little different in the bathroom. Have

In
France, it's common to take a bath instead of a shower.
You can use the sprayer while you're sitting in the
tub. You just hold the sprayer in your
hand and turn iton
when you want to rinse your hair or your back. There
is no shower curtain, so if you tried to take a shower
while standing, you would soak the whole room! Of
course, I'm not going to try this. Dogs hate baths!
