Characteristics

My Diagram was on the tundra and it was shaped like mountain in the back. It had some dwarf trees and grass in it and it had a polar bear, snowy owl and an arctic hare. I made the backround out of cardboard and the pictures out of paper.

My report was on the tundra. The tundra is in the north by Canada, greenland and Russia. Normal trees cant grow in the tundra because of permafrost and the permafrost stops their roots from growing deep in the soil. There are a few year round animals like muskoxen, caribou, polar bears and lemmings. My featured animal was on the Arctic Hare. The arctic hare live farther north then most hares and their hair change to brown in the summer.
