4 key elements to good
ergonomic positioning at the computer
- Back - Sit up straight with
a natural curve in on the lower back (don't lean back into the chair)
- Feet
- Flat on floor
- Arms - forearm and upper arm form a 90 degree angle (elbows
bent to a 90 degree angle)
- Wrists - straight out from forearm and don't
rest on counter top or anything. They should hover directly over the keyboard
so the fingers drop down to the home keys.
