4 key elements to good ergonomic positioning at the computer

  1. Back - Sit up straight with a natural curve in on the lower back (don't lean back into the chair)
  2. Feet - Flat on floor
  3. Arms - forearm and upper arm form a 90 degree angle (elbows bent to a 90 degree angle)
  4. Wrists - straight out from forearm and don't rest on counter top or anything. They should hover directly over the keyboard so the fingers drop down to the home keys.
