Homework for 6th Grade Science and Computer

DUE: Monday, November 16, 2009

You will be making a web page about YOUR biome.

There is a lot to be done in the computer lab. So in order to make the best use of your time, you will need to write 2 paragraphs regarding your biome project. Since you've already done all the research and finished the diorama, this should be a quick task.

You MUST have the saved FILE(S) on flash drive or e-mail to yourself, NOT printouts of your paragraphs.

A. Paragraph 1

Write a SUMMARY paragraph about your biome.
Your note taking categories were:
1.) climate/location,
2.) animal life,
3.) vegetation, and a
4.) feature.
Your paragraph should have 5-10 sentences summarizing your biome mentioning all the categories.

B. Paragraph 2

Write a paragraph about your diorama. 5-10 sentences explaining what you chose to put in your diorama. Also explain what materials you used to make your diorama.
