Specialty Questions for Journal Entries

Remember the task is to create a journal. You need to create a journal entry at each level screen of the game, even if you go back to that screen.

The Good, the Bad, and the Hungry

Zoombini Isle –

The first time you are there:
Ttake a picture of your favorite Zoombini. Tell me its name and its twin’s name. How many different Zoombinis are there, not counting twins? (Hint: the Map)

Every other time you are there:
State how many (if any) Zoombinis were there when you had to come back to Zoombini isle and how many more you had to create to get 16.

Allergic Cliffs –

The first time you are there: how many misses are you allowed before the bridge collapses.

Every time you are there: How many pegs did you have left?

Stone Cold Caves –

Everytime you are there: how many times did your Zoombinis get knocked down the hill? What did the left/right guardians allow past and the top/bottom guardians allow past?

Pizza Pass –

Everytime you are there: how many pies did you have to make before you found the correct one? What pizza pie(s) did you have to make (what toppings did they like)?

Note: on level two you have a second troll and ice cream, state how many pies it took you to advance to the next level, and what toppings each troll liked. Insert a table in Microsoft Word for level two and above.

Shelter Rock –

Everytime you get here:
How many Zoombini’s did you get to this level when you arrived this time?
If you had enough Zoombini’s to continue, why did you choose your next step of the game? (Specifically, why did you choose to go back and get more Zoombinis? Why did you choose the top path? Or Why did you choose the bottom path?)

Who’s Bayou (top path)

Captain Cajun’s Ferry Boat –

What feature or attribute did you use to get them next to each other.
Create a bulleted list. The list should be no larger than 15, but can be smaller (the smaller the better).

Titanic Tattooed Toads

Which toads did you use? (If it is easier to take a picture, go ahead.) Remember, you only get to us a toad twice, if you don't take it's picture you need to describe it: i.e. toad with red stripe, lilly pad with 4 leafs, x shape, etc.

Stone Rise -

You may make any journal entry you would like.

Deep, Dark Forest (bottom path)

Fleens –

Take a picture of the 3 Fleens you need to match your Zoombinis with. Tell me which Zoombini feature matched which Fleen feature? How many Zoombinis were in the tree when you advanced on to the next level? How many Zoombinis did you lose?

Hotel Dimentia -

How many rooms did you enter? What feature were you using?

Mudball Wall -

First time you are there: what do the dots in the blocks on the wall mean?

Every other time you are there: what was in rows and columns shapes or colors? State what row or column each color and shape were in.
